The Digital Inbox is a central and secure location for end clients and their Wealth Manager to access important key documents. The tool can be used on any device and offers :

- A clear and intuitive structure to quickly find what you need
- Notifications when new documents become available
- Download options for your own archiving or records
Check out our manual and log on using the multi-factor authentication:
- itsme® for users with a Belgian registration number
- Microsoft Azure for users who do not have a Belgian registration number. Contact your asset manager to activate your access.
Having trouble signing in?
Perform the following checks to activate your access:
- Ensure you are using the correct url (login button above)
- Clear all cookies from your browser
- Update your device to the latest operating systems
- Try accessing Neon on a different device
- If the issue persists after these steps, contact your asset manager
What’s itsme®?
itsme® is a free app for your smartphone that allows you to log in, register, sign and pay quickly and securely when using all kinds of apps and online services. You no longer need a card reader and all your different passwords.
With itsme® on your phone, all you have to do is enter the PIN you have chosen to log in securely, no matter where you are.
